Whipped Cottage Cheese

A balanced and healthy sweet treat with 20g protein that still feels indulgent. Whipped cottage cheese is quick, easy and has unlimited topping combos!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

For the topping

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a blender with a tablespoon of honey and teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon into bowls, then top with fresh raspberries and pistachio. Drizzle with honey to serve.

Notes

Use sweetener of your choice - agave, maple syrup or regular sugar all work. Feel free to adjust to your preferred level of sweetness.
