- 500 grams turkey mince
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 50 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 1 onion finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic finely diced
- oil spray for cooking
To make the meatballs, combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Use your fingers or a large spoon to throughly mix everything together (damp hands really are the best utensil for this.)
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to measure out roughly 10 meatballs. Roll and shape with your hands.
Lightly grease the basket of your air fryer (I use an olive oil spray) and place meatballs into one layer in the basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook meatballs in the air fryer at 200℃/400℉ for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway.
Air Fryers can vary - if your air fryer needs to be pre-heated before using then please follow manufacturer instructions.
Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size of meatballs and the Air Fryer used. Check meatballs are cooked through before serving - internal temperature should reach 73c/163F.
