To cook the salmon in an air fryer, follow the recipe instructions and prepare the sauce. Place the salmon fillets into a silicone liner inside the air fryer basket (use foil for a makeshift liner if you don't have any silicone ones). Pour over the sauce then air fry at 180c/350f for 12-14 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. The sauce should collect in the liner and be easy to pour over the dish to serve.
