- 750 ml bottle of your preferred sparkling wine you can use prosecco, cava or cremant
Orange & Rosemary Mimosa
- 300 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Cranberry Mimosa
- 300 ml cranberry juice
- white sugar optional, to garnish
- 1 lemon or lime wedge optional, for garnish
Pear & Pomegranate Bellini
- 300 ml Pomegranate Juice
- 1 Pear thinly sliced
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds optional, to garnish

To make these cocktails non alcoholic, swap the wine for your favourite non-alcoholic sparkling wine, sparkling lemonade, soda water or tonic water.
Feel free to add more or less sparkling wine or fruit juice to each cocktail depending on your preferred taste.
