Hi, it’s nice to meet you!
I’m Carrie and I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, with my Brazilian husband and our two cute kitties.
I learned to cook because I LOVE to eat. Seriously. I’m not fussy exactly, but I know what I like and I don’t ever want to compromise on quality or taste.
I love coming up with dishes which are full of flavour but low on time and effort. I believe that healthy food is anything and everything in moderation, with a big focus on fresh and non-processed ingredients. I don’t follow any particular diet but do try to recommend when possible easy swaps to make the recipes I share fit a wide variety of diets from vegetarian to gluten-free etc.
